Redesigning room? Advice? HELP?

I am a 12 year old girl and I want to redesign my room at my dads house because I just got a baby brother and my sister is leaving for college so I got her room it is a good size but I have to keep two beds in my room and one is a queen and one is a twin. They both have frames but I was hoping for bunk beds or something. I have dark hardwood floors and the walls are an ugly beige color. Lastly my dad doesn't want to spend too much so Thanks
