I buy my sister a dress from Versace she said she didnt like it and told me to buy her something else should i?

I was going to give it to here for christmas but the shipment came in late and she was gone when it came so when i gave it to her she told me it was the worst dress she saw and told me to buy her something else i don't really mind buying her something else but it's that the price was a lot and she wants me to spend another thousand just because she wants a purse a dress a sweater from juicy Couture and some pants from Valentino but i don't think she deserves it what do you think i should do.
