Disabling �Norton Online Family�?

There's this program called Norton Online Family Monitor, or some annoying thing like that. I would really appreciate if someone knew how I could disable this program so that there isn't this time limit on my computer anymore. And it would be best if by disabling Norton, it will not alert my step parents. Please and Thank-you. And remember, this is Yahoo Answers, not Yahoo and ***** at me for disobeying my guardians.
