What is the association for medical alert service dogs?

What do mean? There is no formal service dog association in the US. No reputable program will promise a medical alert dog (for the exception of diabetes alert dogs) because the ability to alert can not be trained. It is something a dog can or can not do. Programs train medical response dogs. There are a lot of service dog programs within the US. In the US service dogs do not have to be programed trained and can, and often are, trained by the disabled handler.
