Would it be hard to get this wedding dress made?

You would have to find a seamstress that has at least 6 months time to make it. You would also have to do something different to the dress because I don't think you can make an exact replica without the permission from the designer. Of course it is doable - you just have to do your homework and interview different seamstresses and show them all the photo of what you want and try to come up with ideas on how you can change it so that it's not an exact replica.
