Do you think a 3 year old is too young to sleep on a top bunk?

My 3 year old is part monkey I swear. She has some crazy good balance and skills when it comes to climbing and such. I was thinking of getting some bunk beds and making the larger of the kids' rooms a play room while making the smaller room the sleeping room.
